Warranty Claim Bulletin
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for a response to any Warranty Claim. Estimated processing time may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Offenbacher's works within the guidelines set by the manufacturer.
Once the claim form has been completed, an e-mail response will be sent to the email address provided by you, the customer, on the submitted Warranty Policy and Claim Form. Some manufacturers may want the damaged furniture shipped back for repair or quality control, follow up inspection. Customer is responsible for any pick up, redelivery and freight charges to and from the manufacturer. Customer Service will be more than happy to provide you with any cost information when they respond to your claim.
Please be advised that all warranty policies and guidelines are provided by the manufacturer. Offenbachers must work within the guidelines set forth by the manufacturer. Warranty policies are subject to change based on the respective manufacturer and product type. Labor is not included on any of the proceeding charges.
In order to process any warranty claims the following is required:
1. Warranty Claim Form (you must attach images of the damaged item/items to this form)
2. Proof of Purchase/Original Receipt
3. Serial and/or Part Numbers if applicable
4. Inspection may be deemed necessary to finalize claim.*
*Inspection fees vary based on the geographic location of the product, and the type of product being inspected. If a picture of the damaged item is not provided and attached to the claim form, the customer will be subject to an on-sight inspection fee of the damaged product(s), soley at the customer's expense.
